We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing information are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment must be received in full before we begin work on custom orders. For standard products, payment is required at the time of purchase.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Standard products may be returned within 48 hours upon delivery if a flaw is seen so as to bring it back for repair. If the item was delivered in a really bad state, a fresh piece will be made for you at no additional cost. Custom-made furniture is non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. 7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leewood Interiors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services or products.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
