Delivery Areas
We deliver throughout Kenya and to select locations in neighboring East African countries including Uganda, Tanzania, and Rwanda. Delivery availability and costs vary by location and will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Delivery Times
Standard Products
In-stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days and are delivered within 5-7 business days for Nairobi and surrounding areas, and 7-14 business days for other regions.
Custom Orders
Custom furniture pieces require 4-8 weeks for production, depending on complexity and materials. Delivery time will be added to the production timeline. We'll provide a detailed schedule during your consultation.
Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: We offer free standard delivery on orders over KES 850,000 within Nairobi and its environs.
Other areas have calculated shipping costs based on location, item size, and weight.
White Glove Delivery
For premium furniture pieces, we offer white glove delivery service which includes:
- Scheduled delivery appointment at your convenience
- Professional unpacking and inspection
- Furniture placement in your desired room
- Assembly if required
- Removal of all packaging materials
Delivery Instructions
To ensure smooth delivery, please:
- Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery
- Measure doorways, hallways, and elevators to confirm items will fit
- Clear the delivery path and placement area
- Provide accurate contact information and delivery instructions
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage or missing items, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours at leewoodinteriorskenya@gmail.com. We'll arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
